Have been using product for 10 days and have notices a reduction in bloating, gas and abdominal discomfort. My BMs are soft and formed. I guess it can only continue to get even better from here.

I've been taking it for almost two months now and I haven't really noticed any benefits yet. I still have very bad bloating and discomfort. On the plus side I havent noticed any negative side effects either. Other people swear by it though so maybe I just haven't been taking it long enough.

It’s more expensive than other competing probiotics out there. It did help me with bloat and heartburn almost immediately. Probably on the second or third day, but I’m not sure it’s worth the extra money.

I don’t think 30 days is long enough to properly trial this product. I am 3 weeks in, and I’m showing some improvement, but I’ve had so many gut health issues over the years there’s just no way I can solve them all in 30 days. It would be nice if companies were more empathetic and realized that stomach issues are some of the worst things a person can go through. They need to extend their trial times.

Good probiotic. Recommended to us by my wife’s GI doctor. So far it seems to work ok. Ingredients were all recommended by her doctor so it seemed like a good buy for the price.
