This is in capsule form which makes it easier to swallow. 1 to 2 per day is the recommended daily dose. You can see benefits/results with consistency but don’t skip. I was having some issues with digestion before taking these along with a probiotic.

My entire metabolic system is messed up and backed up. That really is just as painful as it sounds. Makes you feel sluggish, slow, irritable. It’s difficult to digest even healthy foods. It’s hard to get to sleep. It isn’t much fun. This product is legendary! It took about 30 days to clear up the digestive issues. After that, I’m much more energetic and clear thinking.
