My husband found this product and did some research into it and said "Honey I believe this will help". I said "Ok I'll try it." it's been 8 long years of hot flushes. This change in life has been very difficult for me. And I have tried other products with no results, so I'll say I was a bit reluctant. But my Hubby got the product and that has started a change for me, a big change. This product has changed my life, in fact given me my life back!!! I am able to sleep almost all night without the interruptions and the fight or flight response. Thank you for offering this product.

Hot flashes started immediately. I was so miserable. I did my research and found this product. It took about a month to notice that it’s effective. So be patient. The dosage says 2 daily but I have had to increase to 3. I’m going to experiment with it some more because even with 3, I’ve noticed I’m getting some flashes again at night. I would want more clarity on the dosage. That’s why I gave a 3. But definitely I would recommend the product.

I just received my order today, and I am hopeful by the reviews I have read. I do know nothing works overnight, let alone a week or two depending on the person, so I will write a review after I am done with the first bottle. I pray it works! I have tried everything else with poor results.

Menovair just works. I never thought I would get any relief but this really helped me. Fantastic!
