Serious movement changes

I ordered these because I have known for a while my food doesn't digest properly so I decided to do something about it. After researching the best brands I decided to give these a try. I must say, I have had some "changes" in my uh...movements... I really took a look at my diet for the day and asked myself, did I really eat this much? I think these are breaking down Both new And old food! Wow. I will be ordering again!
